FAQs

Q. Im excited to get it in, is there anything I need to know?

Yes. Pick up a section of hair at a time. I start with the neck and work up. Remember you are lifting and drying the roots, careful not to over dry the ends during the process. It will feel clumsy at first but you’ll get the hang of it. The brush is flatter on 2 sides and more rounded on the other 2. I use the flatter sides for the longer hair and the curved for the shorter hair around the face

Q. How durable is this appliance? I bought a revlon brand and, although it styles well, I have to replace this. I’ve only had it for less than 6 month?

I've only had the this particular hair dryer for two months, so in terms of durability, it has been great. I use it at least 3 times a week and fully expect it to remain as durable as it is now, a year + from now, if not longer. My friend who recommend this product to me, has had hers for over a year now, uses it 2-3 times a week as well, and has commented that the hair dryer brush still works as well for her now, as it did when she first purchased it.
